BRIGHTON, UNITED KINGDOMBrighton is the largest and most popular resort in southern England. Brighton was a small fishing village until the end of the 18th century, when the Prince of Wales (later King George IV) began patronizing the town and built a royal pavilion. THE 2008 GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN SOCHI (UPDATED)The General Assembly of the IAPMC will be held in the olympic city of Sochi, Russian Federation, from November 12-16, 2008.

Venues of the IAPMC in 2008In 2008 two key events for us, members of the IAPMC, are the Executive Board meeting which will be in Suwon, S. Korea from 23-27 April 2008. The second important event is, of course, our annual General Assembly which will be kindly hosted by the city of Sochi, Russian Federation, from 13-16 November 2008. The topic of the General Assembly will be ‘The 60th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: The Struggle for Peace’.
